Where are you located?

Horizon Storage Solutions has two facilities in Kentucky: one in Shelbyville and another in Simpsonville. We’re close to major roads and highways, such as Interstate 64, offering easy access to anyone who lives in Louisville and other surrounding communities.

Do you offer 24-hour access?

Yes, our tenants have 24-hour access every day of the year. In fact, new guests can even use our kiosk to move in anytime!

How about vehicle storage?

We have that, too! Whether you have a boat, a car, or an RV, you can choose to store it indoors or outdoors. You’ll always be able to access your vehicle any time of day or night.

What is drive-up access?

Drive-up access is perfect for customers who need constant and easy access to their belongings. Because these storage units are at ground level, you can load and unload items with less effort and time. Drive up to your rental with your own vehicle or one of our U-Haul moving trucks anytime!

What type of security do you offer?

Our storage facilities are fenced and well-lit to keep you safe at all hours. Video security cameras and gate access provide added safety, while interior storage units allow tenants to keep their belongings dry and secure.

Do you have moving supplies?

Yes, we offer a wide selection of boxes, dollies, and packing material to help move your items to our storage units. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information about our storage supplies.

Do I need to visit an office to start?

You sure don’t! Even though we’d be happy to welcome you at any of our locations, you can instead use our website to reserve one of our storage units with just a few clicks of a button. You can also easily access our 24-hour kiosks to start your move anytime.
